1. Standard Cancellation

2. How to Cancel
- Log in and go to My Bookings
- Select the booking and click Cancel Booking
- Or email cancellations@tripovidia.com with your booking ID
- Phone cancellations are not accepted
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Additional bank processing may take 3–5 days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Visa and documentation fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Special event tickets or permits
- Bookings marked Non-Refundable at purchase
5. Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed if requested 15+ days before departure, subject to availability. Subsequent changes incur a ₹2,000 fee.
6. Force Majeure
Cancellations due to natural disasters or government travel advisories will receive a full credit note valid for 12 months.
